Well my dear friends...I found this photoblogging community through one of my favorite bloggers and I thought I'd give it a shot since I already practically use my other blog as a photoblog. One of my reasons for starting up a dedicated photoblog was to improve the overall quality of the photos I took and by being able to showcase some of them. Another reason is because I intend to use this website to document the recipes I try out and to put said recipe and photo of the dish up for you all to enjoy.

Why 'The Proof of the Pudding'? Its from a longer phrase 'The Proof of the Pudding is in the eating'. That phrase is exactly the sort of mantra I aspire to live by daily - that the only way you're going to truly find out about a thing is in the doing of the thing itself. Solvitur Ambulando
