A (Chocolate) Love Affair

First up, I apologise to one and all for the extremely long absence. It is most unfortunate that I had to leave my previous post on a somewhat dour tone. One thing lead to another and 3-4 months goes by without any let up for me to post photos. That and the fact that most of the photo-taking I've done was for official business and hence had certain copyright and publication issues attached to them. Those issues have since been resolved and I can now post up my previously taken photos (which I promise to do over the next few weeks).

This photo was taken whilst visiting Joel Whittaker and Adelle Parker who are chocolatiers and who make, amongst other things, a native australian flavoured chocolate line called 'Wild About You'. They're fellow PlanetShakers and they really do pour out their love into their craft. For the next week or two, I'll be primarily focusing on their line up of chocolates because (a) I can't get enough of them (b) it was a good learning exercise in macro photography and rough studio photography/lighting. The photo and the series it belongs in have been colour-corrected for better presentation.
