Three's a Crowd

This is absinthe chocolate. In a nutshell, it was simply one of the best chocolates I've sampled. It didn't hurt that it was made with dollops of love too. To see Joel and Adele work and explain their craft is truly a thing of beauty in and of itself. I love seeing people in their element; there is such an electricity and vibrancy to them.
