I just love the design layout of the box and the colour progression of the chocolates.
Have a great monday y'all!
The chocolates in this series were gracefully provided by Joel Whittaker and Adele Paker's chocolate company Wild About You

@{H} creatives: Haha glad you decided to come back. This will be the last shot of chocolates and the second to last shot of the series. Hang in there =D
Thanks for dropping by Henry! =D
Nice shot, you're getting real good at this, maybe get the whole box in the next time...that would have been nice.. but that's my opinion about it...

@ColNed Pictures: Thanks ColNed! I do have several shots that capture the box in its entirety but I decided to showcase the detail of the chocolates over the overall presentation primarily because for me the chocolates were the main focus of the photo and within the small space and resolution limitations of aminus3 format I figured the chocolates (cf the product package as a whole) should be the subject.
But I can definitely see where you're coming from and I agree with you and in any other circumstances I would've included a photo of the box completely =)
Thanks for the great feedback!
Yummy!! I like that you cannot see all of the box, the chocolate need to the focus. Great job.

@Dawn Sutherland: Thanks Dawn! That was the general direction I was heading for..glad you saw it that way too =)
I'm partly glad you are ending these series. It was such an ordeal wiping drool off my keyboard everyday. Aside from temptation, this is what came to mind when I viewed this shot. The mid white chocs lack detail/sharpness. I am not sure whether this was intentional but it looks a little blown out because of the lighting (especially the one on the bottom left corner). Having said that, I think the composition is fantastic, Mr. Chocolate Connoisseur. Now will you just eat your chocolates and stop taking these indulging picture :)

@Daniel & Jessica: I completely agree with what you said about the mid white chocolates lacking detail....it wasn't so much intentionally as unavoidable...the lighting in all the shots of the series was rather low and i didn't have a tripod to work with so I had to dial up the ISO and photoshop the light levels amongst other things. I guess in the process the whites became too white and obscured the detail =D Good call =).
You'll probably like the next series on dinners...its more people oriented and less on the food because I didn't have much opportunity to take the food before it was consumed. =s
Thanks for the great feedback and support! Really appreciate it =D
Sinful! Sinful! Sinful!
