This is a new series on a series of dinners that I've been hosting at my house. It'll be a short one because I was involved more in the preparing the food than in taking the photographs. In instances where the photos are not taken by me, full credit will be given to the photographers.

This is a portrait of me taken by a very skilled photographer - Josh Chan who is a staunch Nikon man...but I reckon if I ply him with enough food he'll turn eventually =). He was doing the 'barreling' technique I'm trying to master...and as you can clearly see...is one that he has already gotten down pat.
