This is one guy I take my hat off to. Jonathan Ngan. Lighting reflexes (he used to race in his spare time) and the most warm and approachable personality I've yet to meet. His first response to any call for volunteers or for help is an unconditional yes. He works hard, plays hard and does everything exceeding well. And not once have I ever seen him put on any airs despite his incredible range of talents.
