Living overseas gives you a unique perspective on many things...how great things are back home, how blessed you are to experience the world and how your mom's cooking was actually the core of everything that made the world alright. I'm a equal opportunity consumer when it comes to food....nothing's off limits and food should always be served with the resounding echo of more to come....BUT there is something to be said of the food of home. Black pepper crab will always occupy a very special place in my heart no matter where I eventually land up. Never try this way of coooking before but i prefer salted egg baked or salted baked or sweet and sour. And 1 more thing, i love soft shell crab, awesome stuff!

yummmy!!!!! from this angle, if i didn't know that the crab was dead, it looked like it's gonna leap out of the screen and jump straight towards me!!
