Dan's an amazing individual...he's holds a senior post in the Armed Forces of one of the African states and he's currently working on his PHD on the legal use of force in the arena of International/Regional Humanitarian Law. His knowledge on the various governing documents and treaties in the area of war is nothing short of astounding and humbling.
